Howdy Hashers!  We've taken a few months off and really miss Friday Happy Hours.  Did a SWOT analysis, convened a few focus groups, consulted prominent stake holders and came to one conclusion:  hashers like drinking.
So ... happy to announce a born-again Friday Hash Happy Hour!  A little tinkering should keep it up and running:   A bunch of area kennels have agreed that they too like drinking, and will help "hare" different ones from week to week. 
Hash happy hour (B2H3) drinking will be focused on the 5:30-7:00 time period (that's 1730-1900 for you uniformed types).   Different hares keeps a good variety of bars and clientele, and a more focused drinking time takes advantage of HH specials and lets folks hit it direct from work, then move on to other scheduled Friday activities.
To keep this accessible and convenient for hashers from near and far, HH bars have to be "close in" (definitely not outside beltway) and less than 10 minute walk from a metro. 
If you're up to hare one of these, get in touch with your kennel's HH coordinator and we'll nail down the date.  If you don't know how to contact them, get to the hash this week and ask around!  Once a month we'll team up with the fullmOOn Hash and happy-hour will be the FM pre-lube.
